1. Introduction

   Welcome to Cali! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our WhatsApp bot service (“Cali”) which assists with calorie intake calculation. By accessing or using Cali, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Cali.

2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old to use Cali. By using Cali, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

   To access certain features of Cali, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services

   You agree to use Cali only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

   • Use Cali in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
   • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Cali.
   • Use Cali to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
   • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Cali, a Cali employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Disclaimer of Estimates and Accuracy

   Cali provides rough estimates of calories and nutrition values. While we strive to ensure the information provided by Cali is accurate, these estimates are not guaranteed to be precise. Cali is an AI bot, and as such, its responses can be unpredictable and may not always reflect the most current or accurate data. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on such estimates is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content, features, and functionality of Cali, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Cali or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cali, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use Cali; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Cali; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through Cali by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Cali; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

8. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
